Returns and Refunds

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address is set by default to our vendor’s facility. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If Printful’s facility isn’t used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our vendor’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our vendor’s facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Communicate with Us – Before returning any products, it is best that you communicate with us, to make sure that we address any inconvenience in a timely and fair manner.

Potential Issues: We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Some product descriptions will state specifically that there might be a difference in the displayed size and the real size. This is because some manufacturers that we use might produce and ship to other areas of the world that employ different measuring standards than the one in the country you are ordering from. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you ordered a product that clearly had the potential size discrepancy stated in its description.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore we reserve rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Refunds

We will refund the entire cost, including shipping paid by customer, once we establish that the inconvenience has been caused by us, our vendors or the manufacturers of our customizable products, not withstanding the situations described above.

Your money shall be refunded via the same method of payment you employed. When that is not applicable, we will work diligently with you, the customer, to find the best method to get your refund.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
